I saw stuff. I saw dajie eat poptarts for dinner; boil hot water; sew a stick; abandon me in the tortuously long registration line; eat a fruit parfait from Starbucks w/a straw (b/c.. I called dibs on the spoon =D ); cut, sew, iron, and hot glue Lightning together; pin the work-in-progress to my shirt; throw scraps of fabric asunder; fall asleep; drink boba; walk in circles; get lost; take pictures; look like a tourist; and so much more.
I also did stuff. I ate a poptart; stood around while things were pinned together on me; felt claustrophobic and out of place ALL BY MYSELF in the ginormous registration line; contemplated pocketing a copic marker from a coloring panel; watched a magic show, sat in the Nokia theater; saw AMVs; fell asleep every single night with the tv on and running either HLN or CNN news on repeat; watched someone "sew;" nearly starved to death; had M&Ms, beef jerky, and pudding for lunch; practically died of thirst; saw Beni and SOPHIA in concert; wore a short skirt for Lightning's sake; paid $15 for a sold out tshirt; caught a glimpse of the Walt Disney Theater; and took a ride on a bus and Amtrak-ed to San Juan Capistrano.
Oh yeah. Apparently there was also a bunch of cosplaying going on around me. Like...
