Fell asleep to the sound of Kota purring away under the covers in the crook of my arm.
Went shopping; stopped by the Moorhead Center Mall and was amazed by how abandoned it's become. Pretzelmaker's lot was vacated. Hallmark moved out. That one jewelry store was gone. It seemed like there were only 5 or so stores left running. How sad. I remember when we used to be able to spend all day there, 75% of which was at the long gone pet store. AND they used to have those Beanie Baby conventions.
Today was exciting because I got to drive! ..and see the receding flood waters. Here's the view from Moorhead, MN (courtesy of the Fargo Flood homepage)
